ENGLISH WHEEL IS DESIGNED TO FORM SMOOTH CURVES FROM FLAT SHEETS OF METAL. THEY ARE MAINLY USED IN CAR, MOTORCYCLE, AVIATION AND RACING CAR CONSTRUCTION OR RESTORATION WHERE SHEET METAL PANELS NEED TO HAVE COMPOUND CURVES FORMED.

  • 1.6mm (16 gauge) mild steel capacity.
  • 940mm throat depth can handle almost any project.
  • Comes with 3 upper wheels (152mm x 57mm).
  • 7 hardened bottom anvils (70mm wide):
    Radius anvils:  Flat, 50.8, 101.6, 152.4, 203.2, 304.8, 609.6
  • BILLET STRUCTURE OF HEAD WITH 8MM PLATE
  • LEFT/RIGHT ADJUSTMENT OF TOP ROLLER TO ALIGN WITH DIFFERENT BOTTOM ANVILS SUCH AS EDGING, BEADING.
  • UP/DOWN ADJUSTMENT OF BOTTOM ANVILS TO GET THE SAME GAP ON BOTH SIDES
  • CNC MACHINED PARTS FOR BOTTOM ANVIL LIFTING ASSEMBLY TO GURANTEE THE MINIMUM BACKLASH. 
  • CHROME COATED TOP ROLLERS & BOTTOM ANVILS FOR RUST PROOF & LONG LIFE.

    •  All upper wheels and lower anvils use sealed bearings.
    • Swivel head lets you either push material directly into the throat or at a 90° to it.
    • Quick-release cam allows you to release the panel without changing tension.
    • Adjust the tension via the kick tensioner wheel. 
    • Heavy tube construction with heavy rugged welding
    • Wheel racks on the side of the machine gives you a convenient place to put your rolls.

    Recommended for: Restoration or bodywork on autos, planes, cycles, and much more.

       

      Motorized Bead Roller EB-500

      • Doulbe frames for good rigidity, avoid flexing.
      • 500mm throat depth to the centre of the roller, and 1000mm panel can be  processed from roller centre
      •  Motorised roller shafts with gear reduction box
      •  0.25kW / 0.33hp, 240V variable speed motor with reduction gearbox
      •  Foot pedal switches to control forward/reverse running.
      •  Big hand wheel adjusts the depth of top roller.
      •  All rollers are hardened, black oxide finish for long life
      •  Include 7 sets rollers as standard,  one shearing roll, 3 sizes of beading roll, 3 sizes of step rolls
      • Two roller wheels are fitted on the base for easily moving the machine
      • Include material stop fence
      •  25mm drive-shafts are supported in quality bronze bearing bushes that are self-lubricated, no need of any grease 

        1.2mm mild steel capacity for bead & flange rolls

      • 1.0mm mild steel capacity for shearing rolls
