The Pittsburgh Lock revolutionized the Industry and is still used today for its strength and ease in assembling duct work. Pittsburgh roll formers has 7 or 5 forming stations with 2 forming positions. One inboard forming position realizes the Pittsburgh lock and one auxiliary, or, outboard forming position, has the capability of forming different profiles depending on optional auxiliary rolls added. The Auto guide power flange device automatically follows shapes during forming of the flange 5.5mm
