A business address where a forklift unload is available is preferred for large item delivery. If the address the customer leaves on order is a home address, we will contact you for a business address where has a forklift for unloading or ship the item to the nearest depot for you to pick up. Delivery of a Tailgate unload can be arranged with the carrier prior to shipping at extra cost of the customer.
