Your payment information will be processed by  credible 3rd parties, such as Paypal, Apple.   We do not collect any credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

 

DELIVERY & TRACKING

PO BOX is not allowed for Express Delivery. Please contact us to find a solution for you.

Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.

Courier partners always offer "Leave Safe", that is to leave the parcel if no one is at the address and there is somewhere safe to leave it.  If you can't accept "Leave Safe", please advise at ordering.

Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.

Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements. Large items ( goods over 22Kg ) may require a forklift unload or someone available at the time of delivery to assist with unloading large items. A Business address where a forklift unload is available is preferred for large item delivery.  If the address the customer leaves on order  is a home address, we will contact you for a business address where has a forklift for unloading or ship the item to the nearest depot for you to pick up. Delivery of a Tailgate unload can be arranged with the carrier prior to shipping at extra cost of the customer. 

It normally takes us 5-10 days to dispatch the order.  Tracking information will be emailed or texted to your mobile phone once the carriers pick up. Sometime,  the carrier splits the delivery for multi-packages, please call the carrier to inquire on the tracking information.
